Role Description

The Property Advisor role at Huspy is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, the Property Advisor will guide clients through property selection, viewing, and transaction processes, ensuring a smooth and informed experience. Responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting market research, advising on investment opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves providing high-quality customer service, handling inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting clients with basic finance-related questions in collaboration with mortgage and finance specialists. Property Advisors are expected to stay updated on local market trends and regulations to offer relevant and timely advice.

Qualifications

COMMISSION-BASED ROLE

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Property Management expertise to manage listings, coordinate viewings, and oversee property-related documentation.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments and Finance to advise on property investment options and support basic financial evaluations.
• Candidates should possess solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients, properties, and deadlines.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for managing client information and property data.
• Relevant experience in real estate, brokerage, or property advisory within Dubai or the wider UAE market is highly beneficial.
