You will prepare proposals, maintain records, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate has strong consulting and sales experience within UAE real estate,

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE real estate sales and rentals.

EXPERIENCED PROPERTY CONSULTANTS - COMMISSION ONLY- DUBAI AND ABUDHABI

The Property Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The role involves advising clients on commercial and residential property opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting workplace and real estate strategies aligned with client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting suitable properties, coordinating viewings, and guiding clients through the decision-making and transaction process. The Property Consultant will prepare proposals and reports, maintain accurate records in relevant systems, and collaborate with internal teams to support wider workplace advisory projects. The role also requires building strong, long-term relationships, staying informed on UAE and GCC real estate trends, and representing THAT Corporate professionally in all client interactions.

WHAT WOULD BE GREAT

• Strong Consulting skills, including the ability to assess client needs and provide strategic property and workplace advisory.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and building trust-based client relationships.
• Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing property-related transactions.
• Solid Real Estate knowledge, particularly in the Dubai and broader UAE market, including regulations, trends, and valuation basics.
• Must have UAE property Sales and Renting experience
• Comfort with hybrid work, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
