Driven Properties in Dubai is seeking a results-driven real estate consultant to drive business growth, manage high-value client relationships, and represent the Driven brand.

You will mentor junior consultants and deliver exceptional results across Dubai's dynamic secondary market, leveraging your knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UAE real estate sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Deep knowledge of Dubai's secondary real estate market
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and social media
• Real estate certifications are advantageous
• English fluency; Arabic a plus
• Valid UAE driver''s license preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven with ability to generate business independently

Requirements

• Proven track record in real estate sales with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a client-focused approach
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the secondary market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Real estate certification or relevant industry qualifications are advantageous
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages, including Arabic, are a plus
• A valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating business independently
