Job summary

PSI (Property Shop Investment) in Abu Dhabi seeks motivated Property Consultants for a commission-based role. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, advise clients on residential and commercial properties, arrange viewings, and negotiate closures.

We provide professional training, qualified leads, exposure to premier developments, and a dynamic, multicultural team environment. Freshers welcome with a passion for sales; fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Arabic, Russian, Chinese or other languages are a plus.
• Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage; freshers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi real estate.
• Generate leads, build client relationships, maintain a strong network of buyers/investors.
• Advise clients on residential/commercial properties, including off-plan and secondary market.
• Arrange property viewings, conduct meetings, and negotiate deals to closures.
• Maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
• Stay updated on market trends, values, and new project launches.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements
