Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Client Portfolio Specialist to manage off-plan and resale properties for local and international clients. The role focuses on advising buyers and investors, coordinating property tours, and driving successful transactions on an on-site basis.

You will build relationships with international clients, stay abreast of market trends, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Advise local and international clients on residential properties and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Identify client requirements, qualify leads, and recommend suitable properties based on their goals and budget.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of buyers and investors through company leads, referrals, networking, prospecting, and digital channels.
• Conduct property consultations, presentations, and viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from initial enquiry through successful completion.

• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, as Client Portfolio Specialist for Off Plan Properties and Resale Properties -Open to All, Based in Abu Dhabi , with a focus on Russian, Chinese, Spanish, and Arabic-speaking clients.

The specialist will support buyers, sellers, and tenants throughout the property transaction process, including property tours, consultations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Daily responsibilities include managing property listings, responding to client inquiries, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.

The role also involves collaborating with sales, leasing, marketing, and customer service teams to meet performance targets, enhance client satisfaction, and promote PSI’s portfolio.

The specialist will represent PSI professionally in the local and international market, ensuring clear communication and culturally aware interactions with a diverse client base.
