Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and seeks Dubai-based Property Advisors fluent in Dutch, French, or German to join the Off-Plan division. Based in Dubai/UAE, candidates need 1+ year in real estate or luxury sales and UAE-driving license.
Local market knowledge preferred and a strong track record of targets. Fresh daily leads, full marketing support, visa and health insurance, and ongoing training accompany a generous commission structure.

- Fluent in Dutch, French or German
- Dubai/UAE real estate experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license

- Currentlybased in Dubai/UAE
- Minimum1 year of experiencein real estate or luxury sales
- Fluent inDutch, French or German
- PreviousDubai/UAE real estate experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 50%–70% commission structure
