The role offers a 50%-60% commission structure with fresh daily leads, full marketing support, visa and health insurance, and ongoing training. Dubai-based candidates with UAE sales experience are highly preferred.

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with a proven sales background who are ready to build their career in Dubai's competitive real estate market.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
- UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
- Experience in off-plan and/or secondary market sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client relationship and lead-conversion skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
