Job summary

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and looking for experienced European Property Advisors to join our growing Dubai operation. We are seeking ambitious sales professionals who can build strong relationships with international clients and succeed in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

We offer a 50%-70% commission structure, fresh daily leads and full marketing support, telesales and content support, company phone and SIM card, visa and health insurance, ongoing training

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• European language skills preferred (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese and others).
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Professional and target-driven; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
