Job Summary

The Property Accounts Executive / Senior Property Accountant will manage the financial and accounting operations of a portfolio consisting of two large towers including residential commercial and potential hotel components. The role involves maintaining accurate accounts preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The position requires strong accounting skills attention to detail and the ability to work closely with property management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain property accounts including ledgers reconciliations and journals.
• Process accounts payable and receivable for all properties in the portfolio.
• Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for the properties.
• Monitor and report on property financial performance including variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies accounting standards and local regulations.
• Support audit processes and provide required documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• Minimum 24 years of experience for Property Accounts Executive 57 years for Senior Property Accountant (preferably in real estate hospitality or property management).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and property-related financial operations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
