Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services seeks a senior professional to lead and support project and investment assessment across refining assets and international ventures. You will review proposals, feasibility studies, and FEEDs to ensure technical robustness, safety, energy efficiency, and value realization in line with ADNOC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of relevant professional experience in Technical and Projects Engineering or Management in Oil/Gas & Refining industry.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Good knowledge of industry best practice and technology trends, and of applicable legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the review of project proposals, design basis, mass and energy balance, assumptions, strategies to ensure technical robustness and profitable economics with emphasis on HSE and energy efficiency at approval stage.
• Assist review of Feasibility, Pre-FEED, FEED documents to support decision making for project stage gate approval.
• Coordinate with BLGCs for evaluation of project proposals and submission to Investment Committee for endorsement.
• Support in project reviews from FEED to close-out covering technical, efficiency, economics, profitability, contracting strategy, and lessons learned.
