Job summary

Sobha Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead supervision of luxury villas, high-rise buildings, retail malls and mixed-use developments, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications and UAE/international standards.

The role emphasizes day-to-day site supervision, contractor coordination, QA/QC, and timely approvals through DM & DDA, DCD and BCC authorities to maintain project quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience of 15 to 20 years in supervising luxury villas, high-rise buildings, retail malls and mixed-use projects to UAE/international standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time site supervision with strict adherence to contract requirements and approvals throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Lead day-to-day site operations, resolving technical challenges and ensuring contractor activities are properly sequenced and coordinated.
• Review and approve Contractors' submittals, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Review project QA/QC procedures to maintain high construction quality and performance standards.
• Coordinate for site Authority inspections with DM & DDA, DCD & BCC approvals.

*Experience of 15 to 20 yrs in supervising construction of Luxury villas & Mansions High-Rise Buildings Retail shopping malls and mixed-use projects with approved drawings specifications UAE authority standards & International Standards.

*Provide full-time site Supervision With strict adherence to contract requirements project scope Baseline Programme & authority approvals throughout the construction lifecycle.

* Lead and oversee day-to-day site operations resolving technical challenges and ensuring the contractors activities are properly sequenced and coordinated.

*Conduct regular site walks issue site observations and ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports.

*Review and approve Contractors Submittals shop drawings material submittals method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs).

*Review project QA/QC procedures to maintain high construction quality and performance standards.

*Coordinate for site Authority inspections with DM & DDA Authority for DCD & BCC Approval.
