Job summary

Vetech Engineering Solutions LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Project Engineer – Operations & Coordination to support day-to-day operational activities of our civil projects across the UAE. The role suits a junior to mid-level civil engineer who is technically capable and commercially aware.

You will be involved in the full project cycle—from estimation and design coordination through approvals, procurement, site execution, progress monitoring, invoicing and project close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in UAE construction projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with consultants, contractors or specialist engineering/subcontracting companies is advantageous.
• Ability to read structural and civil drawings.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic language capability is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook for project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage day-to-day operational activities of projects in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
• Involvement throughout the full project cycle—from estimation and design coordination through approvals, procurement, site execution, progress monitoring, invoicing and project close-out.
• Coordinate between the office, project sites, consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.

Vetech Engineering Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and well-organized Project Engineer– Operations & Coordination to support and manage the day-to-day operational activities ofour projects in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.The role is suitable for a junior to mid-level Civil Engineer who is technically capable,commercially aware, confident in dealing with consultants and contractors, and interested indeveloping into a complete project management and operations role.The selected candidate will be involved throughout the full project cycle — from estimation anddesign coordination through approvals, procurement, site execution, progress monitoring,invoicing, payment follow-up and project close-out.This is a hands-on position requiring regular coordination between the office, project sites,consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
