Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services is seeking a Senior QA/QC Manager for Dubai to lead project quality management across marine and bridge construction activities. You will develop and maintain the QMS, review complex quality documentation, and coordinate audits with clients, consultants, and authorities.

A Civil Engineering degree and extensive QA/QC leadership in relevant projects are essential. The role emphasizes adherence to ISO standards, implementation of CAPAs, and robust documentation control

Qualifications

• Must have a Civil Engineering degree and a strong background in construction QA/QC processes.
• Minimum 15 years in the construction industry, with 8+ years in a QA/QC/Quality Manager role.
• Experience in marine and bridge construction projects and related structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with project specs, client requirements, and ISO standards.
• Lead QA/QC activities for marine and bridge projects including inspection plans and audits.
• Review and approve quality documentation, submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, third-party inspectors, and authorities.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records, testing reports, and project documentation.
