Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major EPC cross-country pipeline projects in the UAE. The role requires strong commercial acumen, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record managing large-scale energy infrastructure projects.

The candidate must hold a B.E./B.Tech and have 20+ years of experience in UAE EPC cross-country pipelines, with an active ADNOC approval.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech degree with 20+ years in EPC cross-country pipelines in UAE.
• Active ADNOC Approval is mandatory.
• Strong commercial, contract, risk and HSE experience.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution – Financials: Plan project execution, monthly billing, revenue and cash flow to optimize performance.
• Site Resource Management: Oversee site infrastructure, resource mobilization and lead site personnel to meet targets within budgeted costs.
• Contract Stakeholder Relations: Handle contractual correspondence, partner with Contract Claims departments to raise justifiable claims and collaborate with stakeholders and local authorities.
• Compliance Standards: Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines and governance standards.

What You ll Do

• Project Execution – Financials: Plan project execution, monthly billing, revenue and cash flow to optimize performance and prevent variance.
• Site Resource Management: Oversee site infrastructure, resource mobilization and lead multidisciplinary site personnel to meet targets within budgeted costs.
• Contract Stakeholder Relations: Handle contractual correspondence, partner with Contract Claims departments to raise justifiable claims and collaborate with key stakeholders and local authorities.
• Compliance Standards: Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, safety guidelines and corporate governance standards.

Who We’re Looking For

Education & Experience: B.E. / B. Tech with 20+ years of experience in EPC cross-country pipelines within the UAE.

Mandatory Requirement: Must have active ADNOC Approval.

Domain Knowledge: Extensive technical understanding of cross-country pipeline infrastructure, UAE energy regulations, and market dynamics.
