Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Offshore Project Manager with 12–18 years in offshore oil & gas, including 5+ years in a PM role. The role focuses on end-to-end execution across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and load-out, with emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Candidates should have a strong background in jacket and heavy structural fabrication, and be familiar with ADNOC standards and API codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil or structural engineering.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• 12–18 years offshore oil & gas experience, including 5+ years in a Project Manager role within offshore fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution (engineering, procurement, fabrication, load-out).
• Manage jackets, bridges, boat landings, and flare derrick structures fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and API codes; monitor schedules (Primavera/MS Project).
• Control costs, budgets, and profitability; interface with EPC contractors (Petrofac, NPCC, NMDC).
• Drive HSE excellence (zero LTI) and oversee QA/QC, welding, NDT, and inspections.
• Oversee load-out, offshore coordination, and risk management including delays and claims.

Role & responsibilities

• Strong expertise in jacket and heavy structural steel fabrication, with prior ADNOC project experience preferred.
• Manage end-to-end project execution (engineering, procurement, fabrication, load-out)
• Lead fabrication of Jackets, Bridges, Boat Landings & Flare Derrick structures.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes (API).
• Develop and monitor project schedules (Primavera / MS Project).
• Control project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Interface with leading EPC contractors such as Petrofac, NPCC, and NMDC.
• Drive HSE excellence (zero LTI) and oversee QA/QC, welding, NDT, and inspections.
• Manage load-out, offshore coordination, and risks, including delays and claims.
• Foster a strong, quality-driven culture across all operations.

Preferred candidate profile
