Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a seasoned Luxury Retail Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of high-end retail environments, ensuring brand integrity and premium quality.

You will develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets, lead multi-disciplinary teams including architects and contractors, and cultivate strong client relationships to translate vision into stunning spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience managing luxury retail fit-out projects.
• Track record delivering multi-million dollar retail construction on time and within budget.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous.

• Cultivate strong relationships with luxury brand clients, understanding their unique vision and providing expert guidance to translate it into stunning physical spaces.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience specifically managing high-end luxury retail fit-out projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-million dollar retail construction projects on time and within budget.
