Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced senior Professional to lead and oversee infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will focus on schedule, cost, quality and regulatory compliance while adapting plans to evolving business needs.

The role requires strong leadership of large teams and a forward-thinking approach to design techniques, drawings, and project delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or infrastructure engineering is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced project leadership.
• PMP certification is preferred for formalised project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule and budget with quality control.
• Lead a large, diverse project team and coordinate with stakeholders and regulators as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and revise plans to meet changing business needs.

Job description

The role holder is responsible for managing and overseeing the entity's projects, by providing a focus on infrastructure, monitoring cost, schedule, quality and ensuring compliance to regulations whilst making revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the business.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or infrastructure engineering.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Experience

• 8 - 10 years’ experience in engineering related to infrastructure projects, preferably within a project management field.

Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precise technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
• Excellent project management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a large and diverse team.
