Confidential is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ultra-luxury residential developments in the United Arab Emirates. This site-based role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication to drive projects from inception through handover with the highest quality and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering or Architecture background with 8–12 years of PM experience in luxury villas, private residences, or premium hospitality projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of PM experience in luxury residential, high-end villa, or premium hospitality developments.
• Experience managing high-end fit-out projects, luxury villas, private residences, or premium hospitality developments.
• Strong site-based PM and construction execution experience.
• Ability to review drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work with high-profile clients and demanding project environments.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements:
