Big Fish Recruitment is representing a leading Dubai-based real estate developer seeking to appoint an accomplished Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to oversee the delivery of prestigious ultra-luxury residential projects.

This is a senior-level appointment requiring an individual with a strong combination of project management consultancy and contracting experience, capable of managing the full project lifecycle from design development and procurement through to construction, interior fit-out and final handover.

The successful candidate must possess an exceptional eye for detail, extensive knowledge of high-end materials and finishes, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. The ability to translate ambitious architectural and interior design concepts into flawlessly executed residential environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ultra-luxury residential fit-out projects, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, programme management and cost control.
• Oversee design development, technical coordination, procurement, construction, fit-out and final handover.
• Manage and coordinate architects, interior designers, project consultants, specialist contractors and international suppliers.
• Ensure the highest standards of workmanship across bespoke interiors, luxury finishes, specialist materials and intricate architectural detailing.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, samples, mock-ups and technical specifications to ensure alignment with the approved design intent.
• Monitor site execution closely, identifying and resolving design, technical and quality-related challenges.
• Manage project budgets, procurement strategies, contractual obligations and key programme milestones.
• Maintain rigorous quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout the construction and fit-out process.
• Represent the developer in meetings with consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders.
• Drive projects through testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover, ensuring the finished product meets the highest luxury residential standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Extensive UAE experience delivering high-end and ultra-luxury residential fit-out projects, including luxury villas, penthouses and branded residences.
• A strong combination of project management consultancy and contracting experience, with proven expertise across both design management and construction delivery.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with an uncompromising commitment to quality, precision and the highest standards of workmanship.
• In-depth knowledge of high-end finishes, bespoke joinery, natural stone, specialist materials, architectural detailing and luxury interior installations.
• Proven ability to review design intent, shop drawings, material specifications, samples and mock-ups to ensure exceptional execution.
• Strong experience managing specialist subcontractors, craftsmen, interior designers and consultants to achieve exacting quality standards.
• Excellent commercial awareness, programme management, leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, resolve technical challenges and maintain demanding delivery schedules.
• A proven track record of delivering premium residential projects from design development through to final handover.
