Career Raiser in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee resources for multiple large-scale projects, in collaboration with architects and engineers from concept to completion.

You will prepare timetables, estimate material and labor costs, hire subcontractors, schedule on-site work, gather permits, and ensure compliance with codes on high-profile projects such as airport hangars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• Experience overseeing large-scale, multi-step projects.
• Ability to select subcontractors, materials, and tools based on project needs.
• Strong communication for proposals, procurement, and client interactions.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and reading blueprints.
