Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction contracting.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, standards, and authority requirements.
• Proven leadership of site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Supervise site teams and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction programs.
• Monitor progress, quality, costs, and compliance with plans.
• Ensure works comply with regulations, designs, safety and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues promptly.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Review subcontractor performance and ensure timely execution of works; coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.
• Maintain proper project records, reports, and documentation.
