Job summary

Career Raiser is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and allocate resources for projects, working with architects and engineers on plans, scheduling, and cost control on site.

You will lead on-site teams, negotiate with subcontractors, and ensure timelines and codes are met across large-scale developments in Abu Dhabi.

• You are a part of the building process from the very beginning, working closely with architects and engineers to go over plans and blueprints, making timetables for the project, determining material and labor costs, negotiating with and hiring subcontractors and workers, scheduling workers on site, gathering permits and making sure everything is up to code.
• You have to work for large scale projects on specific projects in conjunction with other construction managers.
