Job summary

NABC Building Contracting LLC in Dubai seeks a well-organized site engineer to lead civil construction projects, supervise crews, and ensure work aligns with schedules and budgets.

You will prepare time and material estimates, provide technical guidance, uphold health and safety standards, and compile progress reports for stakeholders. A PE license is preferred and 3–5 years of relevant experience is expected. This role requires strong analytical thinking and a robust work ethic under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license (PE) preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Experience with infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water systems) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
