Job summary

SIBCA ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT COMPANY LIMITED seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ELV projects in Dubai. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and client requirements are met, while coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams.

The role requires strong leadership, deep ELV systems knowledge (CCTV, access control, emergency lighting, public address), and a track record of successful project delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a Project Manager role or similar.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Lighting, Public Address and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead takeover of assigned jobs from the Sales Manager and advise team to accomplish project goals and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Sales in claiming variations and resolving contractual disputes.

Responsibilities

• Leads the takeover of assigned jobs from the Sales Manager Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, meet established schedules, and resolve technical operational issues.
• Coordinates with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinates with Sales in claiming variations and resolving any contractual disputes.
• Determines, monitors and reviews all project Program economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, sub‑contractors, resources and risk, and directly manages projects.
• Develops and maintains project plans, controls, KPIs and workbooks.
• Tracks, analyzes and reports performance and progress across all components of the project.
• Manages changes in the operational plan through the change control process developed for the project or as defined by the PMO.
• Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements and the client’s long‑term goals by the Project Management Plan.
• Ensures proper use of systems, tools, methodologies and technology to prepare for decision‑making and to achieve project health.
• Facilitates need assessment and development of project control solutions used for planning, scheduling and tracking projects through the integration of various Project Management tools.
• Integrates and uses Project Management methodologies.
• Creates communication plans ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders.
• Leads the project team in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
• Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project requirements.
• Monitors emerging Project Management technology for potential to maximize business performance.
• Proactively influences customers and clients to apply project‑planning methodologies.

• Develops a cost management plan describing how cost variances will be managed.
• Documents all assumptions and constraints regarding costs.
• Compares project cost calculations with original estimates.
• Considers the impact of identified risks on schedule, budget and quality.
• Develops the Project Quality Management Plan based on enterprise and client requirements.
• Establishes operational definitions and quality measures.
• Monitors results and ensures implementation of corrective action.
• Adheres to requirements of IMS guidance provided by QHSE and PMO.
• Utilizes templates, adheres to reporting requirements, attends audit meetings and rectifies non‑compliances.
• Sets a personal example for the workforce regarding HSE implementation and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience, with prior experience in a Project Manager role considered mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
