Hydropower Energy And General Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for urgent bulk earthworks in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 10–15 years in major civil projects, with hands-on leadership of earthworks, grading, and site development.

• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, quality, and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical/site issues, and ensure timely project completion.
