Job summary

Hydropower Energy And General Construction LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead bulk earthworks and major civil/infrastructure projects. The role requires strong on-site leadership and a hands-on approach to delivery.

You will coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and work with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, survey, planning, and project management teams. Immediate joiners preferred, ADNOC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience on major civil/infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise bulk earthworks and civil construction activities.
• Oversee excavation, backfilling, grading, filling, compaction, and site preparation works.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with approved specifications.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Survey, Planning, and Project Management teams.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and within schedule and budget.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical and operational support to the construction team.
• With prior ADNOC experience preferred; immediate joiners will be given priority.
