Job summary

Michael Page is representing a well-established property client in Abu Dhabi seeking a senior Project Manager - Architecture to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept through construction, overseeing design, planning, and team coordination.

You will ensure UAE authority compliance, manage BIM and design coordination, and deliver projects on time and within budget, with extensive experience in healthcare, commercial, or complex building schemes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Professional architectural registration or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 12-15 years of professional experience in architectural design, engineering consultancy, and project management.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion.
• Strong experience in healthcare, laboratories, commercial, mixed-use, or complex building projects.
• Extensive experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions and approvals.

Drive high-quality project outcomes by ensuring compliance with UAE authority requirements, managing BIM and design coordination, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Managing projects from concept through completion while providing architectural leadership, technical oversight, project management, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.
