Job summary

ATG CONTRACTING LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution on-site. You will oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking, coordinating expediting activities and inspections to keep projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• PM knowledge across planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.
• Experience expediting and coordinating vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Knowledge of inspection procedures and quality control in technical projects.
• Logistics management including scheduling, transport coordination, and inventory tracking.
• Degree or equivalent in engineering, business, PM, or related field.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; other languages a plus.
• Familiarity with PM tools like MS Project or Excel.
• Experience in Gulf region technical services, construction, or industrial projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating expediting activities, managing logistics and inspections, monitoring project progress, and addressing risks or delays. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, preparing status reports, and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager will ensure that project deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance standards while achieving agreed timelines and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting (Project Management).
• Experience in expediting processes and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and services (Expeditor, Expediting).
• Knowledge of inspection procedures and quality control practices in technical or industrial projects (Inspection).
• Proficiency in logistics management, including scheduling, transportation coordination, and inventory tracking (Logistics Management).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar applications).
• Experience in technical services, construction, engineering, or industrial projects in the Gulf region is beneficial.
