Job summary

INTIGEN TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced IT Service Management professional to lead projects from initiation to closure in a dynamic environment in Dubai.

The role focuses on governance, transition management, reporting, and continual service improvement, requiring strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills. PMP and ITIL MP are preferred certifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT service management with managed services.
• 3+ years SDM in managed services and 2 similar transitions.
• Strong planning, risk assessment and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Service governance: monthly reviews, CAB coordination, escalation handling.
• Transition governance: milestone tracking, risk register, weekly status reports.
• Service reporting: monthly, hypercare, and reviews (Y1.1/Y1.2/Y1.4).
• Continual improvement: programs, benchmarking, post-incident reviews.
• Stakeholder management: client relationships and provider coordination.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Key Responsibilities

• Service governance : monthly reviews, CAB coordination, escalation management
• Transition governance : milestone tracking, risk register, weekly status reports
• Service reporting : Monthly reports, hypercare reports, Y1.1/Y1.2/Y1.4 reviews
• Continual improvement : Improvement program, benchmarking, post-incident reviews
• Stakeholder management: CA relationship, specialist provider coordination, client satisfaction

Experience Required

• 7+ years IT service management, 3+ years SDM in managed services, 2+ similar transition engagements

Mandatory Certifications

• ITIL 4 Managing Professional (ITIL MP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Preferred Certifications

• ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, Certified Service Manager, Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Scrum Masterxperience working with a team.
