Job summary

Shomoos Al Ghad Advertising in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead signage and projects from planning through installation. The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of signage, BOQ interpretation, and architectural metal work.

You will build and scale a dedicated PM function, supervise teams, and ensure quality across the lifecycle. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years in PM, with UAE experience preferred, and a strong track record in delivering on time

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience; signage/advertising industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of internal and external traffic signs and signage work.
• Experience with architectural metal work.
• Good BOQ and technical drawing awareness.
• Experience setting up or scaling a project management function.
• Strong leadership, planning, and quality-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution across signage and related production departments.
• Manage internal and external traffic signage projects from planning through installation.
• Oversee signage work and architectural metal work fabrication and installation.
• Review and interpret BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
• Set up and structure a new project management department, including workflows and staffing.
• Provide training to new employees on technical skills and quality standards.
• Establish and enforce quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams from project kickoff through final installation.
