Job summary

Global Career Heights Human Resources and Management Consultancy seeks a Manager with piling and deep foundation experience for an oil and gas company in Abu Dhabi. Requires a bachelor degree in civil, structural or geotechnical engineering and 7+ years in construction delivery, including UAE/GCC piling projects.

Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project and strong MS Excel skills are essential. English and Hindi or Arabic fluency are mandatory; PMP or similar qualifications are an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil, structural or geotechnical engineering.
• 7+ years in construction delivery with at least three running piling or deep foundations projects in UAE or GCC.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera or MS Project; strong MS Excel skills.
• PMP or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi or Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead piling and deep foundation project delivery in Abu Dhabi oil & gas environments.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and QA teams to ensure on-time execution.
• Maintain project plans using Primavera or MS Project and track progress with Excel-based dashboards.
