Qualifikationen

• At least 7–10 years of Electrical Installation/ T&C experience in Industrial projects.
• 3–4 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of ADDC/FEWA/DEWA standards.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects and third party contractors.

JOB OBJECTIVE:

• To Supervise, check that all Electrical engineering aspects of the project are carried out as per inspection and test plan/ drawings/ codes and specifications. Liaise with contractors/consultants for timely resolution of any issues.
• To ensure the contractors are compliant with the contract documents, coordinate on daily basis with other teams to document and verify the quality of the work performed by the contractor and perform the inspections as per the incoming inspection requests.

Project Execution

• Coordinate activities of various stake holders ensuring timely completion of projects.

Project Monitoring

• Project Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitoring and ensuring that all Electrical engineering aspects of the project are carried out as per inspection plan / drawings / codes and specifications.
• Provide reports on timely manner
• Escalate issues/risks impacting project objectives recommend corrective/preventive actions to mitigate risks
• Perform and or evaluate tests confirming quality requirements, Electrical finishes and building components by conducting thorough site inspection for all Electrical works as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statement
• Field checks placement, location, and quality of Electrical finishes, building structure components
• Perform Electrical inspections and material inspections
• Ensure compliance of Electrical works to design requirements, specifications, and project plan
• Preparation of a daily report to the line manager on the contractor’s/sites activities.
• To manage the production and maintenance of specialist technical engineering schedules of associated electrical plant and equipment.
• To manage and co-ordinate technical engineering testing and inspection programmes on various plants

Quality Control & Assurance:

• Perform inspections as per approved Inspection & test Plan
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as may be applicable & follow-up with relevant parties for timely closure of the NCRs.
• Prepare & maintain an up to date log of NCRs & report on periodic basis

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant by ADDC, FEWA and DEWA approval is mandatory.

B. Minimum Experience:

• At least 7 to 10 years of Electrical Installation/ T&C experience in Industrial projects.
• 3 – 4 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Must possess thorough knowledge of ADDC/FEWA/DEWA standards.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects and third party contactors in the execution of projects.
