Job summary

MARBELLA D W I REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to supervise all electrical installation activities on project sites, review drawings, and ensure compliance with shop drawings and method statements.

The role requires strong coordination with contractors, consultants, and other disciplines to avoid design conflicts. Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years in electrical engineering and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in electrical engineering and construction projects.
• Experience in MEP, residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• GCC/UAE project experience is highly desirable.
• Approved Engineer by DEWA, DCD, DM, and TRAKHEES Yellow card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities at project sites.
• Review electrical drawings, load schedules, and cable routing layouts.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved shop drawings and method statements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Review and verify electrical design drawings and related documents.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid design conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.
• Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical solutions for site issues.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks on electrical installations
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports
• Track material requirements and coordinate procurement activities
• Monitor manpower productivity and resource utilization
• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical standards and safety requirements
• Assist in preparing and reviewing shop drawings as-built drawings and technical submissions
• Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical solutions for site issues
