Job summary

Verdant Landscapes in Dubai is seeking an experienced Landscaping & Swimming Pool Estimator to join our team. You will prepare accurate, competitive quotations for high-end residential projects, collaborating with design, procurement and project teams.

The role requires detailed quantity take-offs, knowledge of UAE costs, and the ability to price pools, hard and soft landscaping, irrigation, lighting and outdoor features. Dubai/UAE experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous estimator experience in a Dubai/UAE landscaping and swimming pool company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE material, labour and subcontractor costs.
• Understanding of swimming pool construction and landscaping methods.
• Ability to read architectural, landscape and technical drawings.
• Strong quantity take-off and BOQ preparation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Proficient in Excel and relevant estimating/take-off software.
• Able to manage multiple quotations and deadlines.
• Dubai/UAE experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing drawings, designs, BOQs and client requirements
• Carrying out detailed quantity take-offs
• Preparing cost estimates and full project quotations
• Pricing swimming pools, hard landscaping, soft landscaping, irrigation, lighting and outdoor features
• Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Maintaining up‑to‑date material and labour rates
• Identifying potential cost savings and value‑engineering opportunities
• Reviewing project scope to ensure quotations are complete and commercially viable
• Supporting variations and additional‑work pricing during live projects
• Working closely with management to ensure healthy project margins

The Role

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for landscaping and swimming pool projects, working closely with our design, procurement and project teams.

• Carrying out detailed quantity take-offs
• Preparing cost estimates and full project quotations
• Pricing swimming pools, hard landscaping, soft landscaping, irrigation, lighting and outdoor features

• Maintaining up‑to‑date material and labour rates
• Identifying potential cost savings and value‑engineering opportunities

What We're Looking For
