Job summary

BESIX is seeking a skilled Permit & NOC Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to manage permit submissions, liaise with authorities, and ensure all activities comply with approvals.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, maintain organized documentation, and generate regular progress and risk reports for stakeholders. A Civil Engineering degree and 5+ years UAE experience are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in construction engineering with permit/NOC experience in UAE.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority procedures and portals.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit permit and NOC applications to Abu Dhabi authorities.
• Track submissions and secure timely approvals, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide input to planning and execution to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain records and generate status reports on permit progress and risks.
