Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Project Engineer (Offshore) with PMC experience in contract administration, coordination and project support for onshore oil & gas projects in the UAE - Abu Dhabi.

The Project Engineer reports to the Project Head and liaises with all design/construction disciplines during Tendering, Design and Construction stages. The position is based in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for onshore projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Experience with tendering, design and construction phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with MS Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.

Job Description: #Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for a Project Engineer (Offshore) background with PMC experience in contract administration, co-ordination, project support activities. in onshore oil & gas projects to work in our PMS project in UAE - Abu Dhabi.

The Project Engineer will report to the Project Head and/or Senior Project Engineer as appropriate and will liaise with all design/construction disciplines during Tendering, Design, and Construction Stages. Project Engineer shall as be delegated by the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer.

The position is to be based in Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• At least Ten (10) years' experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for onshore projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
