Job summary

SIBCA ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT COMPANY LIMITED in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to implement and monitor an established project plan for building automation and security systems. You will coordinate with drafting and procurement teams to ensure timely submissions and deliveries, while maintaining QA/QC standards and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of relevant field experience and a strong background in electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 6-10 Years of experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Implement an established project plan.
• monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Identify resolve or escape operational problems and minimize delays.
• Analyze project requirements and perform standard technical calculations.
• Coordinates with the drafting team for the timely submission of engineering workshop drawings and with the Procurement team for the timely delivery of materials.
• Monitoring compliance with applicable codes practices QA QC policies performance standards and specifications.
• Coordinate the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory service standards.
• Estimate the costs resources and time required to complete the assigned phase of an engineering project and monitor activities.
• allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the project s status to both the project team and external stakeholders.
• Set priorities allocate tasks and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
• Coordinates resource allocation material delivery and invoicing.
