Job summary

Nooralsahara is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Abu Dhabi to plan, coordinate, and oversee roadworks, infrastructure, and utility construction ensuring timely project delivery. You will manage schedules, subs, resources, and site teams while resolving technical issues and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 7+ years of experience, including exposure to Aldar projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in roadworks, infrastructure, and utility projects.
• Experience working on Aldar projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, project management, and engineering standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee roadworks, infrastructure, and utility construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, resources, and site teams while monitoring progress and resolving technical issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare progress reports, monitor project costs, and support project handover with complete documentation and inspections.
