Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a Project Director to lead an ultra-luxury mega mixed-use resort development in Abu Dhabi. This is a site-based, full-time assignment focused on delivering a multi-billion-dollar masterplan for a Tier 1 luxury client.

The role requires extensive post-contract delivery expertise, a strong PMC background, and at least two decades in construction, including leadership experience in the UAE/Middle East.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil Engineering or construction management.
• 20+ years in construction, with UAE/Middle East exposure.
• 5+ years as Project Director in a PMC or client-side role.
• Strong PMC background and post-contract delivery experience.
• Experience with large-scale luxury mixed-use masterplans (multi-billion) and hotel/resort projects.
