Career Raiser in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support planning, reporting, and Oracle EBS implementations. You will assist in creating project plans, budgets, and issue lists, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and on budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in CS or related field, is fluent in Arabic and English, can document and report clearly, and can coordinate multiple projects concurrently. Arab national required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business admin, or related field.
• Excellent bilingual Arabic-English communication.
• Strong documentation and reporting with Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS (Financials, HRMS and Supply Chain) is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating project plans, status reports, checklists.
• Maintain and update project plans and status reports.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Create and manage client project Open Issues Lists.
• Assist in creating project budgets.
• Support Oracle EBS R12 implementation following PM standards.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reports.
• Plan and direct major project activities across the lifecycle.
