Job summary

Career Raiser is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP implementations across SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft ecosystems in the UAE. You will manage plans, milestones, budgets, and cross-functional teams, while coordinating with IT and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires PMP or equivalent certification, 2+ years of ERP project leadership, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related technical field
• PMP or Similar Certification Preferred
• 2+ years of ERP implementation experience
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft ERP vendors
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 using PM standards is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic & English
• Able to manage large complex projects independently
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Arab national; Saudi residency preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and track program and project plans, milestones, deliverables, and budget
• Lead project status meetings
• Create and manage program and project workgroups
• Coordinate with IT directors, Business Managers, Resource Managers and EPMO Manager for resource assignments, deliverables, issue resolution and escalation
• Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes and action items
• Maintain issues & risks log; proactively resolve issues/risks and monitor progress
• Follow change control processes
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for periodic executive management updates
• Maintain project budgets including monthly accruals and forecasts
• Predict risk factors and mitigate for successful completion
• Build strong relationships with clients and communicate inputs to team

• Maintain issues & risks log; pro-actively work to resolve the issues/risks and monitor progress on resolution
• Follow change control processes
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for periodic executive management updates
• Maintain project budgets including monthly accruals and forecasts
• Predict risk factors and eliminate it for the successful completion of the project.
• Responsible for developing a good relationship with the respective clients, get inputs from the client and communicate to the team members of the project

Requirements

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related technical field
• PMP or Similar Certification Preferred
• 2+ years of experience managing large-scale, ERP Implementations with at least 3 of the following vendors: SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft
• Managing the implementation of Oracle EBS R12 using (IT) Project Management Standards is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills with experience interfacing effectively between business and IT teams.-
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral – Arabic & English
• Able to manage large complex projects independently
• Strong understanding of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegates
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing set of complex projects
• Must be an Arab national.
• Candidates residing in Saudi Arabia will be preferred.
