Job summary

Al Subaiha Furniture Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator in Sharjah to join our production team. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to drive project goals, while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

You will monitor progress, manage resources, and maintain documentation across all project stages, collaborating with production, sales, and client teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress of all ongoing projects and prepare accurate project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Provide timely and detailed updates to project managers, the sales team, and relevant departments.
• Ensure project teams have the required materials, tools, and resources to complete tasks on schedule and within budget.
• Assist with resource planning and scheduling to maintain smooth workflow across production stages.
• Supervise active projects and coordinate all team members to ensure tasks are completed according to timelines and quality standards.
• Manage project-related documentation, ensuring all drawings, approvals, materials lists, and records are updated and easily accessible.
• Inspect furniture items and project components at each stage of production to ensure quality and client specs.
• Communicate with internal teams and support project managers in resolving issues, delays, or technical challenges.
• Apply engineering knowledge to review finishes, materials, and technical details related to furniture production.
• Support coordination with clients when required, ensuring clarity on project timelines, specifications, and delivery schedules.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within furniture manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
