Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar project support role.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams across departments and levels.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of project activities from initiation to completion.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare minutes, and track actions.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather information for collaboration.
• Maintain detailed documentation including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures; provide regular financial updates.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to maintain momentum and timelines.
• Maintain a professional project repository; ensure documentation is current.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports highlighting milestones and risks.
• Support coordination of events, meetings, and presentations; manage logistics.
• Analyze project data and create concise reports for stakeholders.
