About the Role

A leading organization specializing in mission-critical infrastructure and data centre solutions is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and manage high-stakes projects with a focus on generators and power systems This role is ideal for professionals with a background in data centre or mission-critical environments ensuring the seamless coordination of complex power and backup systems integral to data centre operations

Role Overview

• Manage project documentation
• vendor coordination
• and delivery of generator and power system installations for mission-critical data centre projects
• Ensure project scope includes specifications for generator capacity reliability and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to track progress schedules and quality assurance related to power and backup systems
• Liaise with stakeholders to mitigate risks manage project scope changes and maintain strict adherence to deadlines
• Support project closeout including documentation of generator performance and compliance testing

Required Experience amp Skills

• Proven experience in managing data centre or mission-critical projects particularly involving generator systems and backup power solutions
• Strong understanding of power distribution generator technology and UPS systems within data centre environments
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate technical documentation vendor schedules and project milestones
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement across technical and management teams
