Job summary

Wasael Property Management is seeking a Programme & Project Controls professional in Abu Dhabi to support planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting for major projects. You will monitor progress, manage baselines, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a 4–6 year track record in project controls, strong Excel skills, and experience with Primavera P6. A PMP or similar certification would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in programme/project controls; real estate development or major projects preferred.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, cost tracking, and project reporting.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Excel; ability to generate project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of programme and project controls processes and reporting.
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules, milestones, and baselines.
• Monitor progress against schedules, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Track planned vs actual progress and identify variances and impacts.
• Review consultant/contractor programmes, progress reports, forecasts, and submissions.
• Maintain change registers and track changes affecting cost and schedule.
• Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to obtain project information.
