Job summary

CC7 Global Engineering Solutions | CC7 Emirates Engineering Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Director to lead and govern all project controls functions across the organization and major EPC projects in the UAE. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, progress measurement, and reporting to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires 15+ years in EPC Oil & Gas, strong expertise in Primavera P6 and SAP, and the ability to lead cross-functional

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years’ experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and cost control.
• UAE/Middle East experience preferred.
• PMP (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Establish project controls policies, standards, and KPIs.
• Standardize planning, cost control, and reporting systems.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and portfolio performance.
• Implement risk and change management frameworks.
• Lead systems (Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI) and team capability development.
• Approve schedules, baselines, and progress measurement.
• Monitor cost, cash flow, and earned value (SPI/CPI).
• Manage risks, delays, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee variation orders, claims, and EOT analysis.
• Provide regular reports to management and clients.
