Project Controls Administrator – UAE Business Unit

We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Administrator to support complex upstream and midstream oil and gas projects in Iraq.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Run OTL Oracle reports and prepare weekly/monthly time sheets.
• Facilitate approvals for timesheets and coordinate overtime & absence pre-approvals.
• Issue weekly manhour booking details and maintain POs register.
• Create projects and booking codes in Oracle OTL International.
• Prepare and route PAAF documents for approvals, archive and maintain register.
• Update organization charts and review expense claims.
• Provide induction to new joiners; explain expense procedures.
• Support planners and cost controller; track resources, headcount, and distribution lists.
• Raise material requisition forms and route for approvals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Experience working with multi‑national and multi‑cultural project teams (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in detailed engineering and consultancy work.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal, customer focus and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
