Project & Commissioning Engineers - Telecom (Urgent)

Job summary

Aver Solutions in United Arab Emirates (Dubai) seeks a telecom commissioning engineer with 4-7 years of EPC/industrial telecom experience to drive site commissioning and FAT/SAT activities.

You will coordinate with multiple contractors, review designs, and ensure compliance with codes while solving technical issues on site. Passport ready for overseas deployment may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years telecom commissioning experience from EPC or industrial telecom companies
• Experience in FAT/SAT documentation and commissioning activities

Responsibilities

• Adhere to project deliverable standards and project implementation processes.
• Provide technical inputs related to the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of project scope.
• Formulate telecom engineering designs associated with project scope with respect to FDS, FEED, FAT, SAT and timely resolution of technical and engineering issues in coordination with engineering Team
• Develop design scope and ensure that all related deliverables are in compliance with applicable Codes, standards and project requirements.
• Support the coordination and alignment of telecom interfaces between various contractors and Sub-contractors as per project requirements for timely completion of project.
• Review telecom design calculations reports, system studies, design philosophies, drawings, Specifications and other vendor data
• Prepare Factory acceptance test & Site acceptance test procedures
• Conduct FAT & SAT with customer and handover project on time.
• Should be able to commission various telecom systems at site and do the troubleshooting.
• Recommend engineering solutions and alternatives to meet the project schedule, budget and quality.
• Conduct site survey if required and provide technical support for project engineering and commissioning activities.
