Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Integration & Commissioning

• Perform integration of new 2G/3G/4G/5G sites into the Etisalat network.
• Configure and test RAN equipment (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson depending on region).
• Execute commissioning scripts and verify successful connectivity to the core network.
• Validate alarms, KPIs, and site parameters after integration.

2. Network Configuration

• Upload and verify site configuration data (BTS/NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB).
• Ensure correct parameter settings, neighbor relations, and frequency plans.
• Coordinate with RF and transmission teams for final tuning.

3. Troubleshooting & Optimization

• Diagnose integration failures and resolve hardware, software, or transmission issues.
• Perform on-site or remote troubleshooting as required.
• Support post-integration optimization to ensure site performance meets Etisalat KPIs.

4. Coordination & Documentation

• Work closely with field teams, vendors, and Etisalat NOC.
• Prepare integration reports, acceptance documents, and site logs.
• Ensure all activities comply with Etisalat quality and safety standards.

5. Tools & Systems

• Use Etisalat-approved OSS tools for integration and monitoring.
• Work with transmission tools (MW links, fiber testing) when required.
• Update site status in Etisalat project management systems.
