Qualification Required

• The candidates should have Bachelor's Degree inTelecommunications,Electronics, Electrical & Communication Engineering from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• lead and execute telecommunications commissioning activities for offshore oil & gas projects, including Wellhead Towers (WHTs), subsea cable and pipeline developments, and brownfield modification projects.
• responsible for ensuring telecom systems are installed, tested, integrated, commissioned, and handed over safely and efficiently in compliance with project specifications, international standards, operational requirements, and project schedules.
• acts as the focal point between engineering, construction, vendors, commissioning teams, operations, and clients for all telecom-related commissioning activities
• Develop telecom commissioning strategies, procedures, and execution plans.
• Prepare Commissioning Execution Plans (CEP), systemization, and commissioning dossiers.
• Define telecom system boundaries and handover sequences.
• Review engineering deliverables, vendor documentation, and telecom philosophies.
• Lead commissioning and testing ofOffshore telephone systems,IP telephony systems,Intercom systems,PABX systems
• Lead commissioning and testing ofData & Network Systems,Radio Communication Systems,Safety & Security Systems,Offshore Telecom Systems
• Support commissioning of subsea fiber optic communication systems associated with subsea pipelines and cable installations.
• Verify communication interfaces between offshore facilities and onshore control centers.
• Plan and execute telecom cutover and migration activities.
• Ensure minimal operational disruption during brownfield modifications.
• Prepare commissioning dossiers and turnover packages.
• Support Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) and final handover activities.

Experience Required

• Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years significant in offshore project.
• Proven experience intelecom commissioning experience
• Experience commissioning telecom systems onOffshore platforms,Wellhead Towers (WHTs), Jackets and topsides,Brownfield offshore facilities
• Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.
• Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
